For the Generative Learning class at Yonsei University, this video was edited and captured through motion sensors and discussed about stages stress. Raw footage was obtained through motion sensors and edited through touch designer, a program which excels at applying filters to 2D and 3D space.
Stress was defined by the sounds and visuals. The video takes special attention to the idea of natural occurrences like ocean waves, storms, and avalanches, as well as electronic static.

In this certain scenario, the stress was referring to get a task done when facing procrastination.
